We had the pleasure of helping the couple coordinate wedding plans from their home in Texas. Grape vine covered hills as far as the eye can see, combined with crisp fall air, made their wedding day absolutely perfect.

A Guest-centered Experience

A guest-centered wedding is all about creating positive experiences in meaningful ways. As guests arrived, they were greeted with a glass of champagne, setting the tone for a warm and welcoming celebration. Thoughtful touches like complimentary blankets were provided to keep everyone cozy throughout the ceremony and into the night. Games including cornhole, Jenga, and Connect 4, added a playful and interactive element. Guests stayed refreshed at the open bar, and two rounds of late-night snacks and endless pastries on the dessert table ensured no one left hungry. These thoughtful details made for a wedding that left loved ones feeling appreciated and celebrated.

All Fun with the Bride and Groom

Karly and Jake embraced a laid-back, joyful vibe that set the tone for an unforgettable night. During the ceremony, the couple exchanged heartfelt, self-written vows, leaving their guests misty-eyed. They joined cocktail hour in matching pink Nikes, where they played cornhole and enjoyed their guests before making their Grand Entrance as Mr. and Mrs. Taylor. Their energy was contagious during the reception; truly living out the bible verse Jake read at the end of his ‘Thank You Speech, “Eat, drink, and be merry.” After a while, Karly changed into a classic, high-neck mini dress with feathers along the hemline to finish out the night. ‘Effortless joy’ is truly the best way to describe their wedding day.

Memorable Wedding Details

Sentimental touches added such warmth to this wedding.  A “Generations of Love” table displayed cherished family wedding photos, honoring those who came before. Custom cornhole bags, cocktail napkins and matchbooks made the event feel personal. The Signature Drinks were named after their dogs and paired with drink stirrers of their faces bringing in a playful touch. Every thoughtful element made this wedding feel like a true reflection of the couple’s love story.

A Lovely Fall Wedding in Southern California

Karly and Jake’s wedding in Temecula, CA was once for the books! We loved watching them enjoy their day to the fullest. They hopped in the Uber to the after party at Pechanga Casino and Resort with the biggest smiles on their faces; that is what we do wedding planning and coordination for. It’s about the joy!
